Lemon Thyme Trout

Materials
- 2 filets trout
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat over to 375*
- Remove trout from packaging and place, skin down, in a non-stick baking pan. If there is no skin, coat the pan with a small amount of olive oil.
- Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl and let sit for 3 minutes to let the flavors merge.
- Spread mixture evenly onto the top of the filets.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 375*
Notes
I love using fresh herbs, but if you don’t have fresh thyme, you can use dry instead. But reduce the measurement to 1 tsp instead of 1 tbsp.
This recipe can be used with most any other other type of fresh water fish as well. Just adjust the cooking time accordingly based on the thickness of the fish.
