Fruity Energy Bites

No-cook bites with a berry flavor

Materials

  • 1/2 cup Coconut & Friends Trail Mix*
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 cup Apricots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Black Currant Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except the water to a food processor and blend until mixed well and crumbly.
  • Turn processor on again, and slowly add the water until the mixture begins to clump together into a ball.
  • Roll batter into balls of desired size and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

*Coconut & Friends is a mixture that I carry that contains walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cashews, and coconut flakes.
