Fruity Energy Bites
No-cook bites with a berry flavor
Materials
- 1/2 cup Coconut & Friends Trail Mix*
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup Apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup Black Currant Powder
- 1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the water to a food processor and blend until mixed well and crumbly.
- Turn processor on again, and slowly add the water until the mixture begins to clump together into a ball.
- Roll batter into balls of desired size and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
*Coconut & Friends is a mixture that I carry that contains walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cashews, and coconut flakes.
