Fruity Energy Bites
No-cook bites with a berry flavor

Coconut & Friends Trail Mix*

Coconut Flour

Apricots, chopped

Black Currant Powder

Pure Maple Syrup

Coconut Oil

tsp
Pure Vanilla Extract

Tbsp
water
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the water to a food processor and blend until mixed well and crumbly.
Turn processor on again, and slowly add the water until the mixture begins to clump together into a ball.
Roll batter into balls of desired size and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
*Coconut & Friends is a mixture that I carry that contains walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cashews, and coconut flakes.
