Easiest Chocolate Bark
chocolate without all the chemicals

Materials
- 3/4 cup cacao powder (not cocoa)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp arrowroot powder
- add-ins are optional but encouraged 🙂
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well, until smooth. If using add-ins, add them after mixing all other ingredients.
- Spread mixture onto either plasic wrap or parchment paper that's on a flat board. Thickness can be to preference. I go about the same as a normal size chocolate bar.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Remove from the refrigerator and either cut or break into pieces. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
This recipe is so simple and so amazingly delicious! For add-ins, I have used and love all of these: orange zest, shredded coconut, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds, sea salt, and caramel. Be creative!! You really can add anything that you like in the quantity that you prefer so play!!
