Add all ingredients to food processor and mix until all pieces are broken down and well blended.
Form mixture into balls, or squares, of approximately one heaping tablespoon by pressing together.
Chill for 30 minutes prior to serving. Once they are cold, they will stick together more firmly. Enjoy!

*Coconut & Friends Trail Mix is a mixture of walnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and unsweetened coconut chips. If you don't like almond flavor, you can substitute with vanilla extract instead.
